Santa Returns to Castle
Friday December 23, 2016, 3:30-7pm
McConnell Center - 30 St Thomas St
Due to bad weather last Saturday, Santa and his elves will be making a final appearance at Dover Youth to Youth's annual Santa's Castle at the McConnell Center in downtown Dover this Friday, December 23rd from 3:30-7:00 pm. Children and their families will be able to tour several rooms in Santa's Castle and meet Santa and many of his elves and other costumed characters. During the tour, students from Youth to Youth will guide visitors through Rudolph's stable, Santa's toy room, Mrs. Claus's Kitchen and other parts of the Castle.

Garrison Players Presents The Shadow
The Garrison Players take a different twist on the holiday season with a live radio production of The Shadow: Three Christmas Adventures on December 16-18. Performances are 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00pm. The program includes "Joey's Christmas Special" (original air date 12/22/40), "The Stockings Were Hung" (original air date 12/24/39) and "A Gift of Murder" (original air date 12/21/47). Registration for winter semester adult high school classes at Dover Adult Learning Center begins December 12 (classes begin in February). Classes include Algebra, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, and English; they can be used for college prerequisites, obtaining an adult diploma, or other credit needs.
