November has been a month of solid training for all ATA's competition teams.  Besides the day to day work on conditioning and strength training, athletes are mastering partner skills one by one!  Since most of our pairs or groups are newly formed this season, it has been an on-going process for them to learn and master competition skills!  Many pair/groups have either completed learning their competition routine or are in the final phases.  Of course more work needs to happen to perfect these routines; nailing down choreography, perfecting individual elements and tumbling and putting everything together!   It's very exciting to see things coming together and getting a true picture of what to expect once competition season arrives (which won't be long in coming!).  Great job Team ATA!
