AHFA Multifamily - CHDO Training

Build your CHDO designation expertise at a free multifamily housing training session sponsored by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority.

This training is specifically designed for potential non-profit  applicants interested in the HOME CHDO Set-Aside.

Due to limited seating, registration will be limited to 100 people

Discussion topics will focus on those related to applying for the HOME CHDO Set-Aside:

• CHDO Designation requirements
• AHFA CHDO Designation Application

While attending this training is not mandatory, those who participate will receive an additional point on each application they submit during the 2017 HOME and Housing Credit program funding cycle. You will receive a certificate of attendance to enclose with your applications via email.
