Information Session at CCCC's Plymouth Airport Training Center December 6, 5:00-7:00pm
Showcasing both Academics and Workforce Training - A Free Seminar on Social Media for Business is Included.
Cape Cod Community College's admissions process, academic certificates, and degree programs, along with its Corporate and Professional Education workshops, seminars, and customized training options will be showcased Tuesday December 6 from 5:00-7:00pm at the College's Aviation Maintenance Technology training center at the Plymouth Municipal Airport. Whether you are looking to complete your degree, train for a new career, or learn a new skill, the College's programs are nearby, and designed to fit today's complex individual and family schedules. College officials will be ready to explain the new online and hybrid learning options, and how they've really changed the way academic credits can be earned.
In conjunction with Cape Cod Community College's Open House, The Center for Corporate and Professional Education (CCPE) will be offering a FREE workshop from 5:00-6:00pm: "Keeping Your Business Relevant - Communicating to the Generations, Through Social Media."
Businesses today must be able to communicate to multiple age groups, especially on social media. A company, retailer, or professional service provider using one style of marketing communication may soon find they are invisible to other generations. In this free one-hour session, experts uncover differences in the generations that affect not only how they communicate but also how they perceive messages. Participants then learn how to take that knowledge to social media, and build communities that resonate with targeted generations.
All of this takes place in the brand new Aviation Maintenance Technology Center reached through Gate 6 at the Plymouth Municipal Airport.
DIRECTIONS:
From Route 3
- Take Exit 6 - US 44E.
- Merge onto US 44E/Samoset St toward Carver for 1.3 miles.
- At the light, turn left onto 7 Hills Rd and proceed for .7 miles.
- Take a slight right onto Federal Furnace Road for a short 427 feet.
- At the light, turn right onto S Meadow Rd and proceed for approximately 2.5 miles.
- Turn left into Gate 6. There will be a sign that says Cape Cod Community College.
From Interstate 495
- Take Exit 2 to MA-58 North
- Turn left to MA-58 North and proceed for 2.6 miles.
- Turn left to stay on MA-58 North for 3.7 miles.
- Turn right onto South Meadow Road for 1.8 miles. Pass the Carver High School.
- Turn right into Gate 6. There will be a sign that says Cape Cod Community College.
