Etna Rocks!!!

Each week, all students at Etna Elementary work on the same vocabulary words and complete the same writing prompt.  Recently, at the end of the first nine weeks, students were given a quick assessment by Mrs. Moore to see how they are grasping on to the new vocabulary words.  Students did an excellent job!  We will continue to push vocabulary this year.  Ask students what the words are for the week - then come up with some fun games to review those words!

Etna Spotlight
What a team!!
  • Mr. Warrington and Mr. LeJeune are heading up Etna Elementary's first ever Tribal Council.  Students participated in peer elections and have been elected to represent their respective tribe.  Currently, under the direction of Mr. Warrington and Mr. LeJeune, these students will serve as ambassadors to our Veteran's Day Program coming up.  They are also leading the Anti-Bullying club with Mrs. Moore!  These students are sure to make a difference here at Etna Elementary!  Special thanks to Mr. Warrington and Mr. LeJeune for helping to lead this great team of students!
