Advent Reflections
Help us prepare for the Advent of Christ as a community!
This Advent the Youth Ministry Team invites all parishioners and their families to participate in creating a reflection guide. Everyone who would like to help will receive a passage of scripture, hymn, or Psalm to read together as a family and answer one simple question about what it means to you. Your responses will be gathered together into a book for the entire congregation to use for reflection during Lent. Contact
Leah Romanelli , 815-757-7567 to receive your family's reading.

Wopila, friends!
Hy-Holy-Hoodie Sunday was a magnificent success! We collected 100+ hoodies for the Lakota youth and St. Leonard's men and several months worth of hygiene products for the Wacoti Tiwahe Family Camp. In Lakota, generally speaking, wopila means "thanks". In its truest sense, though, wopila means "everything around us is a gift and we must always remember where it comes from-our hearts".
