Dear STM Families,

Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for this Friday, November 3rd. Dismissal will be at noon that day with conferences from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. All teacher requested conference times have been sent home with the students. If you have received one, please send the bottom portion of that form back to school as confirmation of your attendance or request to reschedule. If you have not received a conference time but would like to meet with your child's teacher, please call or email Judy Gentempo in the office at

One of our favorite events of the school year is Grandparents Day. This year Grandparents Day will be held on Friday November 17th.  Our day begins with Mass at 8:15 followed by a performance and light breakfast. Please see details here.   New this year, we would love to have pictures of our students and their grandparents to show throughout the day. Please send your pictures to [email protected] or make a copy of your picture and send it to the school office. Please do not send any original pictures.  

Please support the St. Thomas More Parish Food Pantry! Our Student Council will be collecting items for the SVdP Thanksgiving Project. Please see attached flyer for grade level donations. In order to meet the needs of our families who will benefit from your generosity, please have all donations into the students homeroom by November 7th.

Reminder, tomorrow is All Saints Day and we will celebrate with an All School Mass at 8:15am.  Students must be in dress uniform.

There will be a keynote speech at 1:45 p.m. followed by guided tours where you can see our beautiful downtown campus and interact with faculty, staff, and students who love IWA!
