ALUMNI BRIEFS
 
David Bilardello '81 - lives in East Grand Rapids, MI with his wife Michelle and their daughters Kendra and Taylor. He earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and his MBA from Northern Illinois. He is currently the vice president for Government Relations & Public Policy at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids.
 
Nancy Bilardello May '83 - holds a BA in Education from Arizona State and a Masters in Special Education from Lewis University. She is a Special Education teacher at the DeLacey Early Childhood Center in Carpentersville. Along with her husband, John, and three children, Evie, Jack, and Andrea, they make their home in Dundee.
 
John M Bilardello '84 - teaches Math and serves as the Athletic Director at Jefferson Jr. High in Naperville. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from North Central College. He and his wife, Alexis, live in Naperville with their children Cami and Matt.
 
Lisa Bilardello Hurley '87 - attended Indiana University where she received her BA in Business and then switched careers and completed her Masters in Education / Special Education from Roosevelt University. Like her sister, Lisa, she is also a Special Education Teacher working Cowherd Middle School in Aurora. She and her husband, Mark, are raising their children, Liam and Quinn, in Naperville.

Amy Bowler McCabe '94 - a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS in Education. She works in medical sales for NUVASIVE selling to anesthesiologists. She resides in White Fish Bay, Wisconsin with her husband, Andrew, and their children Karstin (5), Anderson (5), and Mac (10 months).

Bryan Shea '97 - works for William Blair in Chicago as an investment analyst for global markets.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Operations from Northwestern.  He and his wife, Jill, live in Chicago with their 7 month old son, Declan. 
 
Kevin Bowler '98 - holds a degree in finance from the
Kristin Rafferty
University of Illinois. Currently serving our country as a jet fighter pilot as a member of the Marine Corps, Kevin and his wife, Jacqueline, make their home in Bluffton, South Carolina with their children Audrey (4) and James (2).
 
Kathleen Bowler Rogers '00 - teaches first grade in the Lexington School District in Kentucky, where she has resided since she enrolled in college at the University of Kentucky. It is also where she met her husband, Cosville. They have two children, Jalen (5) and Kyleigh (3).
 
Nick Dupre ' 03 - earned an Aerospace Engineering degree from Iowa State University and is one class shy of a Masters in project management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is currently a captain in the United States Air Force working as an Astronautical Engineer. He is completing a 3-year term as an Intelligence Officer with Air Force Special Operations Command in order to gain operational experience. Nick is currently stationed at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico with his wife, Amy.
 
Kelsey Bowler '05 - began her collegiate career playing volleyball at Ohio State University. She transferred to DePaul University in her junior year and continued playing volleyball for the Blue Demons. Kelsey holds a Business Marketing degree from DePaul. She married Eric Wagner at Saints Peter and Paul Church on September 3.
 
Kristin Rafferty '08 - received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN), along with a minor in psychology from Marquette University. She currently resides in Milwaukee where she works as a registered nurse in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit at the Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

When our school was founded in 1853....
 
....parents could not take their children to Santa Claus, IN for a holiday visit because that town didn't earn its jolly moniker until 1856. It was established in 1854 under the name of Santa Fe (pronounced "fee". But when the townsfolk applied for a post office, they were asked to think of a new name because there already was a Santa Fe, Indiana. So they changed it to Santa Claus in 1856.
