Danna Vach and Lisa Krueger welcome you to the November edition of the CPWC newsletter!

Happy December Everyone! Sure, we know that it was in the 70's last week but winter is literally around the corner (less than 3 weeks!) and we know that the weather can change in a minute, so enjoy the warmth of the season however you can!

Take a peak through our newsletter and plan to join us for First
Friday (Dec 2), our Yule Log lighting (Dec 18), and our December meeting/gift/cookie exchange (Dec 16). Check the calendar and list of upcoming events to see what the Interests groups have in store for this month, and think about purchasing raffle tickets (Janie Kissling) for our Charity raffle (great stocking stuffers!).

In the midst of the hustle and bustle that the holiday season seems to bring, take a few minutes to breathe deeply, pause briefly, think happy thoughts and fully appreciate the moment. Surround yourself with loved ones and laughter to make and share memories! Wishing you the merriest and brightest holiday season!

Please contact Danna or Lisa if you have any questions.

YuleYule Log Bonfire

On Sunday, December 18, the CPCA will hold its annual Yule Log event at McFarlane Park from 4:00-5:30. There will be games, prizes, hot cocoa, cookies, peppermint candy canes, and Santa Claus arriving in his red pickup truck.  It is a great photo opp for you and your family.  There will be holiday singing, too, around the bonfire, or lit lanterns, as fire code will allow at that time.

It is a great family tradition to ring in the holidays at the McFarlane Park Yule Log Event. This event is co-hosted and supported by the Chattahoochee Plantation Women's Club. To volunteer for a small job, please contact Janie Kissling.
RaffleAn Easy Way to Help

The CPWC is sponsoring a wonderful Valentine's Gala this February to benefit Wellspring Living, an organization that helps young ladies who are victims of sex trafficking.

I am sure we all want to do our part to help in this endeavor. One easy way you can help is to purchase one, five, ten or more raffle tickets. They are only $10.00 each. For every 5 purchased, you receive 6 tickets. The winning raffle ticket holder will receive $500, 2nd place will receive $250, and 3rd place will receive $100.

Even if you don't win the prizes, you are still winners, because you have helped victims with your donations. Won't you please consider buying tickets for yourself and also selling them to your neighbors, family,  and co-workers.  Buy one for each of your kids for their stocking stuffer. Contact Janie Kissling  to get your tickets today.
