General Membership Meeting
Our next Alumni General Membership meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 8, 2016, 6pm-7:30pm, in the McDonogh 35 Library, 4000 Cadillac Street, located on the first floor. As always,
please contact fellow Roneagles and either bring them with you or encourage them to attend and become an official paid member of the McDonogh 35 Alumni Association.

The first day of School is August 15. Best of success to the administration, staff and students for the 2016-17 school year.

Our future fundraisers are as follows:
Student Scholarships and Student Resources Fundraiser
Thursday, August 25, 5pm - 8pm at Raising Canes, 4740 Chef Menteur Hwy, and 15% of sales will go to student scholarships and student resources. Click here to see flyer.
Alumni Mixer Friday, September 2, 8pm - Midnight at The Regency, 7300 Downman Rd.(Corner of Morrison Rd.) Funds raised to support student resources.

The Centennial Celebration Committee is planning activities for McDonogh 35's 100th year celebration throughout the 2017-2018 school year. Fundraisers and other activities are ongoing. For more information or to participate on this committee please email mcdonogh35alumniassociation@ yahoo.com.

If you have mailing addresses for alumni who may not have email accounts, please email us their name, graduating class, and mailing address.

McDonogh 35 2016 Football Schedule
It is that time again; McDonogh 35 Football Season! Click here to see the schedule. Our Tailgate Party and Annual Membership Drive is scheduled for Saturday, September 3, 3:00pm, at Tad Gormley Stadium. We are the Home Team! See the flyer below for more information. Pre-sale tickets ($8.00) will be on sale at the school site on Friday, September 2, from 12:00 noon to 4pm.

Congratulations to Lisa Mims-Devezin (c/o 88) on being appointed Interim Chancellor Southern University at New Orleans. Lisa received her bachelor's degree from SUNO and her master's and doctorate degrees from Southern University in Baton Rouge.

All Lifetime Installment balances are due by the end of this fiscal year, September 30, 2016. If installment payments are not paid in full by September 30th, the payments made, less 2015-16 dues payments will be applied to scholarships.
We appreciate your lifetime commitment to our "Fair 35."

The Association's Fiscal Year is from October 1- September 30. You may now pay your 2016-17 Alumni Dues via PayPal. Yearly Membership dues are $35 and Lifetime Membership dues are $350. Lifetime Membership dues may also be paid in five $70 installment payments. Also when you pay please put your graduating year in the comment section
(and, if you are paying with your business account, your first & last name as well). Please pay by clicking on the appropriate PayPal button below.
Annual Dues - $35.00 
Lifetime Membership - $350.00
Lifetime Installment Payments- Five $70.00 payments
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN THE SAME FISCAL YEAR. IF INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY SEPT. 30, 2016, THE PAYMENTS MADE, LESS 15-16, DUES WILL BE REALLOCATED TO SCHOLARSHIPS.
