Shawn Mendes Concert UPDATE
Details are being finalized in regards to the Shawn Mendes concert at Resurrection for our students. It has been confirmed that the concert will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016, but the concert will either be in the afternoon during the school day or AFTER SCHOOL. It is likely that the concert will be after school. We are sharing this information with you at this time so that students can make arrangements with employers or other commitments, if necessary. Updates will be provided when more information is available.

Basketball Pack-the-Place/Alumnae Night - Tuesday, November 22
Come out and cheer on the Bandits' Basketball teams at Pack-the-Place/Alumnae Night on Tues
day, November 22
. The
JV game is at 6:00 pm and the Varsity game is at 7
:30 pm
at Res as the Bandits take on the Taft Eagles.

Junior Class Spirit Apparel Day - Monday, November 28
The Junior Class was the winner of a Spirit Apparel day for bringing in the most baked goods for the Parents Club Cookie Walk at the annual Resurrection Craft Fair on November 12.
The Spirit Apparel Day for the Junior Class will be Monday, November 28.

Following the post-Thanksgiving start to holiday shopping, Giving
Tuesday is the worldwide day dedicated to
giving back and making a difference while supporting organizations that bring meaning to our lives and others. Make a difference this Giving Tuesday on
November 29 and make a gift to Resurrection.

Upcoming Jr. Bandit Events
Girls in grades 5 to 8 are invited to a fun evening of games, food and fun at the
Jr. Bandit Night on
Friday, December 2 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
The
Bandits athletics are also hosting a Jr. High Basketball Fan Night on Thursday, December 1 as Resurrection takes on DePaul Prep.
Thanksgiving Break is a great time to finish selling Cash Raffle tickets! The final drawing for the
Cash Raffle will take place on
Thursday, December 8 following the Immaculate Conception liturgy.
This is our only mandatory fundraiser -
please see the guidelines here for requirements for all families and special requirements for families receiving tuition assistance. Submit all ticket stubs and payments
by Wednesday, December 7.
