ATLA to convene conversation on future of libraries 
ATLA and ATS will convene a conversation of academic leaders, information technology officers, and librarians at a one-day preconference on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, ahead of the 2014 ATS/COA Biennial Meeting. The conversation will engage up to ten participating institutions, each contributing a team of three administration members-a library director, an information technology officer, and a chief academic officer, and ATLA will cover travel expenses for librarians and other participants who would not otherwise be planning to attend the Biennial Meeting. Six new Luce scholars named 
ATS and the Henry Luce Foundation, Inc., have named six Henry Luce III Fellows in Theology for 2014-2015. Supported by grants of up to $75,000 each, the Fellows will engage in yearlong theological research projects and present their findings for publication. The 2014-2015 Fellows constitute the twenty-first class of scholars to be appointed since the inception of the program in 1993, bringing the total number of Luce Fellows to 142. Read more.
