How to get involved
Fellow Downtowners,

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. The DNA has had a lot to be thankful for this year, however I would specifically like to thank everyone that participated in this year's annual Do Good With Food event. Thanks to your support, the DNA was able to donate over 200 lbs. of food and a little over $1,400 to the Mid-South Food Bank! It makes me proud to be part of an organization that is not only vested in the enhancement of downtown but also with the overall improvement of our city.

I also would like to thank all of our members for your continuous support of the DNA. Your commitment to downtown, along with your passion for continuously improving our neighborhood is what attracts stakeholders from all over the city to attend our meetings to keep us updated with anything that may affect our community. Let's make sure we continue this momentum in 2017 and stay committed to the continuous growth. As you all know, development downtown is booming and we will have new neighbors very soon!

Lastly I would like would like to thank the current board and committee members for all of the time and effort invested to run our organization. It's truly been a honor to serve as President and it has been a pleasure to work with all of you! I look forward to seeing everyone at our joint Holiday Party with the South Main Association on December 13th at the Jack Robinson Gallery.

Happy Holidays!

Annual charity bash a huge success
Downtown Memphis' Bleu Restaurant was the destination for big hearts and good times on Sunday, Nov. 13, as the annual Do Good With Food fund-and-food-raiser brought in 212 pounds of protein and nearly $1,400 for the Mid-South Food Bank. And, at this writing, money was still coming in. Check out this event recap!

Thousands of santas coming downtown Dec 3

Prepare for thousands of Santa look-alikes, elves and reindeer to descend upon downtown, carrying unwrapped toys in one hand, and a festive beverage in the other. This Saturday, December 3rd will mark the 12th anniversary of Memphis' largest pub crawl, the Stumbling Santa, benefiting the children of Porter-Leath. Learn from one of the founders how this fun holiday tradition came to be.
