What's Happening at Berea Tourism?
|
'Twas the Holidays in Berea,Ky
'Twas the holiday season, and all through the town,
All of the artists were stirring, and there was no frown.
The paintings were hung in the windows with care,
In hopes that new visitors would soon be there.
The restaurants were all cooking veggies, meats and breads,
While hotels and campgrounds were all making their beds.
And pa with his kids and ma with her friends,
Had just found the newest of trends.
Here in Berea we always aim to flatter,
We greet all of our guests with a spoonbread platter.
So come and say hi this season of wonder,
You'll feel right at home, there's no need to ponder.
With the holiday season knocking at our door, we have a lot to offer here in Berea for the month of December. From parades and shows, to handcrafted gifts and visits from Santa himself, we are proud to offer something for everyone to enjoy! Come make your holiday memories with us.
We will be closed Christmas day for our staff to spend time with family and friends.
Happy Holidays!

Make It, Take It, Give It!
Weekends November 25th - December 18th, and December 23rd and 30th
Make It, Take It, Give It offers so many ways to celebrate the holidays!
With the guidance of expert artisans (and using their equipment), you can create a handmade gift worthy of becoming a family
heirloom, or
you can "gift" a workshop to a special person and let them enjoy expressing their creativity.
Better yet, come together and celebrate the joy of making something with your own hands and imaginations. Whether your interest is painting, glass blowing, or forging, the Make It, Take It, Give It has something for you. Select from workshops that last two hours to twelve hours to pursue your interest in fiber arts, blacksmithing, jewelry, woodworking, stained glass or professional learning for educators. You can even make your very own ornaments or multimedia Santa! Many classes are Family Friendly, so bring your kids or grandkids, enroll them in the children's activities or join them and create together.
The course catalog is up now, so don't wait!
Use #MTGBerea to share your experience online. This is a great tradition for family and friends
