We would like to highlight Ramon Soto, MBA, SVP and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Northwell Health. During AHHE's 17th Annual Healthcare Diversity Awards on June 22nd, 2017, at the New York Academy of Medicine (NYAM), Mr. Soto was awarded the Hospital Executive of the Year Award.
Ramon is the senior vice president, chief marketing and communications officer for Northwell Health, where he is responsible for the development and execution of Northwell's brand strategy, as well as for all aspects of marketing and communications including public relations, digital engagement, strategic marketing, clinical marketing and customer acquisition. Ramon is a member of Northwell Health's executive council, responsible for shaping the growth strategy and execution for the enterprise.
We are happy to announce new leadership for the 2018 AHHE Mentorship Program. We congratulate Christina Cellante, MHA for her new role as Mentorship Program Director and Stephanie Benitez for her role as Mentorship Program Associate Director!
We also congratulate Dr. Mirian Zavala, DNS, RN for her new full-time faculty position as Assistant Professor at Concordia College in Bronxville, NY.
