She will be available all day to walk you through downloading digital items from Overdrive. Just bring your device and your questions! Digital item assistance is open to patrons of all ages.
College Financial Aid 101 with AAA

In this presentation, a financial aid expert from AAA will discuss how Financial Aid works, the types of aid available, who should apply and how to apply. This will be a great presentation for college bound families of high school seniors and juniors...it is also helpful for students already attending college who need to better understand the types of aid available to them. Program is open to patrons of all ages. First in a three-part series about College Preparedness. (October 19th - Scholarships & Grants; November 9th - Filling Out the FAFSA)

"I Have A Cool Job" Series: Photography with Josh Edenbaum
Tuesday September 26th, 6-7 pm in the Learning Center
Josh Edenbaum, will be coming to speak about his career as a professional photographer focusing on commercial, editorial, and advertising photography. The first speaker in a series about building a career that doesn't necessarily require a traditional college education route, Josh will be discussing what it's like to own and grow your own business, make a career out of art, and bring some of his equipment for teens to interact with. Bring your questions and expect to have fun! Program is limited to patrons in Grades 6 through 12.
