Past Participant Comments:

"I have attended many, many CME events and would rate this as one of the very best. Presentation was engaging, based on evidence and practical for use with patients."

"Kent Hoffman was superbly well prepared and a most inspirational leader."

"Kent was the most integrated, authentic, open-hearted and articulate trainer I've ever experienced."

"Kent was just fabulous. I enjoyed the way he wove together theory, his own personal experience, clinical experiences, encouraging our own reflection, and video/quotes/clips/etc to help facilitate learning."

"This was among the best learning experiences of my professional life. The integration of attachment theory and the move toward reflection and repair for marginalized families and parents who struggle (and away from simplistic behavior modification approaches) is radical and exciting."

"We will use this training to develop groups for inpatients in the Perinatal Mental Health unit at UNC Hospital. We will potentially run groups with outpatients as well!"

"As a scholarship recipient, I can truly say that I will use what I learned to support mothers who are battling addiction to break the cycle of abuse and trauma."
