DATA COUNTS CONNECTION - 10.3.17
What's new this fall for NPEA Data Counts (NDC)? Check out our autumn NDC member benefits!
SURVEY AND 2017 DATA TOOL
In order to give our members more time between each round of data collection, and by the recommendation of our data consultant, we are shifting to distributing the full Data Tool* every other year. This shift will also allow us to better identify and report any changes in aggregate trends over time.

In place of the Tool, we are distributing a short survey to learn more about how your organization or school collects data, any changes you made as a result of participating in NDC, and to solicit your feedback on and/or suggestions for the NPEA Data Counts project.
* Please note: If you (or your organization or school) would still like to complete the full Data Tool this year, the short survey gives you the option to do that as well. NPEA will NOT analyze any aggregate trends from this year, but we are happy to share your data back to you in PDF and XLSX format for those who want to take advantage of this benefit.

MORE TO COME... STAY TUNED!
Over the next several months, we plan to distribute a series of targeted professional development offerings through NPEA Data Counts, including best practice briefs related to certain indicators (e.g. financial aid gap), and member data spotlights that focus on learning from organizations and schools with exceptionally strong data collection and analysis practices.

If you have a data-related resource to share with NPEA and/or would like to be featured in a Spotlight, we encourage you to complete our NPEA Updates Form.
