Christmas Blend 2016 is new for us.  Since we were unable to source the usual beans for our Christmas Blend, this year we had to stray from the norm to something new and exciting.  We would like to thank all of our wonderful taste-testers who gave us fabulous feedback on the different variations we tried.

Christmas 2016 is a luxurious blend that is certain to become a holiday classic! It combines beans from Africa, India and South America.  In the cup it sparkles, with
hints of cinnamon spice.

Towards the end of the year, we start depleting our green coffee supply.  So, much to our surprise, we found a sack of Organic Brazil sitting at the bottom of the stack on our pallets.  Be aware that there is only one sack of this special find, so when it's gone, it's gone!
  
Light sweetness, dark chocolate, creamy body, hint of vanilla and cinnamon, sweet as it cools.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!  When doing your holiday gift shopping, consider buying local.  Next week, we'll have our holiday shop set up at the roastery.  There are plenty of choices, from coffee to coffee BBQ rub; loose leaf tea and hot chocolate mix.  There's something for everyone on your list.

While the elves are busy setting up the holiday shop, we'll still have regular roastery hours, with the ADDITION of Saturday hours from 9 am- 1 pm.
