Join your fellow PBC members in celebrating the 2016 holiday season. Our Annual Holiday Party will begin at 6PM at Bistro 1778. A cash bar and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
Share some holiday cheer with fellow PBC members, local business leaders and friends. We will also celebrate our annual award winners for Business of the Year, Daniel Penfield & Penfield Pride.
This event is FREE for Members and $12 per person for Non-Members and Guests of Members.
In addition, we are looking for non-perishable donations for the Penfield Ecumenical Food Shelf. Please consider bringing one of the following needed items:
- Baked beans / pork n' beans
- Tea
- Macaroni and cheese
- Pudding and jello
- Mayonnaise
- Coffee
- Canned Soup

All RSVPs must be paid in advance. If paying by mail instead of online, kindly send an email with guest names before sending a check.

oin us at the Courtyard Penfield for coffee & breakfast. This event is an opportunity for members (and guests) to gather for informal networking. The Courtyard's General Manager, Paula, will also provide a quick tour of the hotel.
Stop in before you head to the office or start your day holiday shopping.
No reservations are required but an
RSVP is helpful for planning breakfast.
Bring your business cards to share with members attending.

Back by popular demand and better than ever!
Join us for an evening of business awareness and networking with businesses from across the eastern suburbs.
This event is open to the public and attendance for
networking and exploring is free. Registration for attendance is highly encouraged to ensure plenty of refreshments and to give our exhibitors an idea of how many people to expect.
Reservations for exhibitor tables are now being accepted on a first come, first serve basis. $85 for PBC Members, $100 for Non-Members. Other area chambers have been invited to participate, so stay tuned for announcement of additional event partners. Once confirmed, members of participating Chambers will receive the $85 discounted table rate as well.
Corporate sponsorship of the event is also available, which includes year-long website and social media exposure for your business throughout 2017. There is a limit of three corporate sponsorships for this event at $500 each.
We look forward to seeing you there and sharing with you all of the exciting businesses thriving on the Eastside!

Lisa Sheedy's Farmers Insurance Agency was established in 2014, however, Lisa has been providing insurance solutions to the Penfield, Webster and Rochester areas for over 30 years. She lives in Penfield with her husband Mike and her children attend Webster Schroeder High School.
Agency staff members include Augustina King (Gussie) and Michelle Eno, who both share Lisa's philosophy of conscientious customer service. They settle for nothing less than premium satisfaction by listening to customers' concerns and tailoring coverage to fit their needs - leaving no gaps! They plan ahead for potential risks and work diligently to quickly restore customers' lives after a loss.

IT'S STILL TURKEY TIME AT THE
PENFIELD FOOD SHELF
 The Food Shelf is now collecting turkeys for Christmas dinner and hopes to collect 125 turkeys. They should still be on sale at the market, so now is a good time to buy one and donate it!
The date for the Christmas collection and distribution will be Wednesday, Dec. 21, drop off is from 7:30-9:00am in the Dolomite parking lot. You won't even need to get out of your car, simply drive up and the crew will be there to accept your turkey. Any size frozen turkey will be accepted. If a Wednesday drop off is a problem for you, please email us and we will figure something out.

The work of the PBC is accomplished through the dedication and hard work of our Board of Directors and the committees they chair to manage different projects throughout the year. As with all volunteer organizations, our success depends largely on the willingness of our membership to serve as Board Members and make things happen.
If you would like to volunteer your time and skill-set to serve your business community,
contact us and we will connect you with the Executive Board to discuss your potential for filling a Board seat. We have several openings and all business skills are needed.
