Welcome to November's edition of Allstate Management Newsletter. As we work through the remaining weeks of 2016, PPCLOAN is excited to continue aiding agents close their deals before this great year is behind us. When taking on a business loan and a new business venture, it is vital to keep as much liquid capital as possible at start up. Outside buyer in AZ  purchased a $6.5M EP Allstate agency. The loan from PPCLOAN covered 79% of the purchase price while the remaining 21% was held by the seller.
