Colorado's largest one-day online giving event is coming up and we need your support. On Tuesday, December 6, 2016, thousands of donors will #GiveTogether to support Colorado nonprofits like Emerald City Opera.
About Colorado Gives Day
Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. For the seventh year, Community First Foundation and FirstBank are partnering to present Colorado Gives Day on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. As a ColoradoGives Regional Champion in partnership with Yampa Valley Community Foundation, Yampa Valley Gives serves as the local platform for donors to learn about participating Routt and Moffat County nonprofits.
State and Local Incentive Funds
Colorado Gives Day features a statewide $1 Million Incentive Fund provided by Community First Foundation and FirstBank. Every nonprofit receiving a donation on Colorado Gives Day will receive a proportionate share of the Incentive Fund, which increases the value of every dollar donated.
In addition, Yampa Valley Gives will cover credit card processing fees for donations to Routt and Moffat County nonprofits on December 6, so 100% of your donation will go directly to Emerald City Opera.
