See My Success: New Student Board Representative Announced For 2017-2018
Gabriella Hotaling, a senior at Palm Beach Central High School, was recently named the new Student School Board Representative. Hotaling made her debut at the Board meeting on September 27.
Hotaling is going into her third year as a student government representative, and decided to take on the position of Student Board Representative because of her passion for making change and ensuring that students' voices were well represented.

District, Business Partners Celebrate National School Bus Safety Week
National School Bus Safety Week is October 16 - 20, and the School District of Palm Beach County's Transportation Services Department will mark the week by reinforcing safety announcements with its drivers and emphasizing bus safety tips for the community.
Several of the District's business partners are joining in on the celebration, donating refreshments to be served this week at each of the compounds, as well as items that will help drivers carry out their day-to-day duties - LED flashlights, first aid kits, pens, and composition books.
