Loyola Letterhead

Dear parents,

As we come to the close of first quarter which is next Friday, October 27, we are looking ahead to our first set of conferences. As many of you have noted when our school calendar was released, we did not have conferences on there. As we consolidated campuses we weren't quite ready to tag a date and time for conferences. We also are trying to get more uniform in the way we do our conferences.

Therefore, we have made the decision to have conferences on Thursday, November 9th. This will be a no-school day, PS-12. Our conferences will run during the day and into the evening and is more detailed below. As with any event we hold at Loyola, we will self-reflect and take input from you to improve our events, systems, and processes for the next go-around. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you there at our conferences.
