Humble, TX - Texas House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Lyle Larson & State Representative Dan Huberty, who also chairs the Texas House Public Education Committee, invite residents of House District (HD) 127 to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Friday, October 20, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., at the Bender Performing Arts Center in Humble, Texas. 

 

Chairman Larson had previously hosted a committee hearing on Wednesday, October 4, in Houston, Texas. Several HD 127 residents attended to provide public testimony to the panel. Due to time restrictions, many left before they were able to speak. 

 

The event is being held in response to residents who were unable to attend that meeting or could not testify that day. This is an additional opportunity for residents to speak to Chairman Larson and Chairman Huberty. At this time, these are the only confirmed speakers, but this may be updated. 

 

The meeting will begin with introductions from attending representatives and will then open to the public for questions and comments. 

Due to another scheduled event at the venue, the meeting will conclude at 1:30 p.m. Attendees speaking will be asked to keep comments to a maximum of 2 minutes to allow all attendees the opportunity to speak.
