The Frank Zepp bridge (also known as the South 180th Street Bridge) will be undergoing maintenance and will require a complete closure of the bridge to all traffic in order to replace the bridge deck. R
azz Construction Incorporated will begin the bridge deck replacement on Friday, September 22, 2017 and expect to complete the construction by Monday, October 2, 2017. Construction is weather dependent and adverse weather conditions may require adjustment of the closure dates.
As a matter of public safety and to complete the work safely and efficiently, South 180th Street will be physically closed from Sperry Drive to State Route 181 (West Valley Highway). Access will be maintained to all local businesses and for local area residents on the stretch of South 180th Street from Sperry Drive leading up to the bridge, but no through traffic will be possible across the Frank Zepp bridge once deck replacement begins.
Razz Construction Incorporated realizes that the work will be disruptive and will make every
effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
