Mitchell - Symbols on Estimate Report
Next to the "Dollar Amount" and "Labor Units" columns you may find an * or a # symbol next to the input value.
A * symbol represents a judgement item.
A # symbol represents that a labor note applies.
A "C" in front of the REFINISH LABOR represents that clear coat labor is considered part of that refinish line.
The estimating databases are all intended to be used as a GUIDE ONLY - it is important to remember that the auto body professional performing the repair is in a position to thoroughly inspect, diagnose and identify the methodology and their unique cost of the vehicle damage repair.
