Pole Yoga
Yoga certified instructor, Leanna, will lead you in a class that joins traditional yoga poses using the pole to deepen your stretch. A unique and sexy range of sensual exercises that are appropriate for all levels. No Yoga or Pole experience necessary.

Get fit with... X-Fit!
Get your Sexy September started by checking out our brand new class.... X-Fit! You will get your heart rate up and a full-bodied work out while doing fun moves on a stability ball and with a resistance band. This class is appropriate for all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Wear your sneakers and bring your water!
Check out X-Fit on Monday mornings with Melissa, and Co-Ed X-Fit on Tuesday evenings with Alexis and Thursday evenings with Carmen.

Xpose Fitness is continuing our third Sunday Workshop series with a Handspring workshop! Carmen will help you battle this nemesis move! Recommended for levels 4 and above.

Pop It, Shake It, Twerk It!
Join us for Booty Camp on
Sunday, September 24th! General Jiggles, Lieutenant Assets, & Major Cheeks will teach you how to bounce, pop, & shake your booty like a Pro! Get a great full-body workout and have a load of laughs at the same time! Knee pads are recommended.

Freak-a-licious Friday!
Join Leanna and Joanna for a night of super sexy fun! You will....
* Master the art of the striptease

* Learn how to perform Floor/Chair moves with a partner
