This workshop will cover what fun & creative therapy interventions for children are and why they are so important in the clinical work we do with children and families. Coming up with engaging and effective ideas and interventions for children and families can become overwhelming and exhausting. Given the number of books and resources there are to read through, not knowing where to begin, not having funding for such resources and the sometimes, expensive interventions, and the desire to individualize and customize the interventions for the unique children and families that we work with, can take away from the most important time of all, the time we spend with our clients. Join in an experiential and hands on workshop to learn fun, engaging, and practical techniques and interventions to use with children and families.
