The scope of designing for higher education reaches far beyond the classroom and into a range of spaces. This month we're featuring 3 projects that all tie back to education and learning.

iQity, a leading provider of online learning based in Columbus, Ohio, created a space that embraces their company culture and fosters collaboration.  Clever , an educational software development firm, converted an old mannequin factory in San Francisco into an 3 story office that cultivates creativity for their employees.  And Northwestern University who found ways to remain fresh and true to the experiential education they promise their students.

IQITY OFFICES / COLUMBUS
Designed by Nnvironment
Iqity, a cloud based e-Learning platform, was in need of a workplace that would provide a collaborative culture with open spaces for shared functions. Nvironment incorporated a juxtaposition of modern materials with original warehouse characteristics to create a dynamic work environment. 

HighTower products included in the Iqity project include Four Cast High, Lotus, Martini and Happy Lounge chairs. 
CLEVER OFFICES / SAN FRANCISCO
Designed by Boor Bridges Architecture
As an educational software development firm, Clever needed a space that highlighted their casual and collaborative company culture and strengthened their vision of improving the quality of education for students all over the world. BBA incorporated the idea of scholastic environments into their design from unique architectural elements and furnishings  down to the details in the accessories.

HighTower products featured in this project include True Love, Kona Modular Series and Laptop Table, and the Ruby Coffee Table. 
NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY / BOSTON
Designed by Stantec
Focused on the incredible city views of Boston, Stantec's design for the new Northeastern University offices encompassed the history and character of Boston. The goal was to emphasize the energy and drive at Northeastern through materiality, transparency, and collaboration. 

HighTower products featured in this project include Tombolo Serpentine and K2.
FALL 2016 COLLECTION / Now Available
