Beginning Oct. 1, Delta Air Lines has started to offer free mobile messaging in-flight.  Free messaging will be available on all Gogo-enabled Delta flights, including all aircraft with two or more cabins. This new, complimentary capability will enable customers to stay fully connected with those on the ground and exchange real time messages in flight via iMessage, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. 

Download the free mobile app to manage all of your travel plans in one place. Register for an account, import your booked trips, and then view all of your itineraries on the app.  Users can also receive updates regarding air travel such as delays, cancellations, and terminal changes.

Is Your Concur Reservation Finished?



The most common issue that comes up with reservations made on the Concur booking tool is "unfinished" reservations.  The flights are held, hotels and cars confirmed, seats chosen-- however, until you see the words "You're Finished" at the top of the page, your trip is not complete.  If you are in doubt, go to your Trip Library and the system will tell you if your trip is unfinished.
