NORTH STATE BIA RELEASES SEPTEMBER NEW HOME SALES FIGURES

ROSEVILLE - The North State BIA issued its sales numbers for September, with homebuilders amassing 331 sales with 147 communities reporting, compared to 314 sales and 145 communities in August.

"September proved to be another solid month in terms of sales, with a slight uptick over August's numbers,"  said Andy Davidson, the BIA Chair and President of Construction with Anton Development Company. "Overall, our industry feels good about where the market continues to sustain itself, but we certainly hope to close out the remainder of 2017 on an even stronger note."
