GateWay Opens Its Doors
The Gateway at River City affordable assisted living community opened its doors for occupancy on Oct. 28. The community, which is located in Peoria, Illinois, is designed to serve adults 22 to 64 years of age with physical disabilities who need some help to maintain their independence.
The community is fully certified by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program, which enables the community to serve individuals on or who would qualify for Medicaid.
Gardant is proud to be the management company for the community and to have served as part of the development team.

Hellenic Senior Living of Indianapolis is being constructed on property on the east side of Shelby Street, near Community Hospital South. Hellenic Senior Living of New Albany will be located in the 2600 block of Grant Line Road.
