Several New York Metro CCIM leaders have joined two of the real estate industry's emerging growth companies.
Current Director and Past President (2013) of the CCIM Institute,
Wayne D'Amico CCIM
, has joined
Xceligent
as EVP Corporate Development and Strategic Relations. Wayne is spearheading Xceligent's integrated CRE (research, analytics and marketing) platforms' growth nationally into Top 65 U.S. markets, with an immediate focus on New York City and key Northeast markets.

Camille Renshaw CCIM

Ian Grusd CCIM SIOR
, have accepted new positions with
Ten-X
. In her new role as Head of the Institutional Client Group, Camille will oversee the growing Institutional division which works with hedge funds, private equity, financial firms and large corporations to help investment managers
buy
and
sell commercial properties on
the compan
y's
online transaction platform. Ian's focus as Senior Director is
business
development with Institutions, Private clients and Brokers within office, industrial and retail property sectors.

Program Guidelines
The New York Metro CCIM Chapter's Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipient should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute.
Scholarship Selection Criteria includes the following:
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career (see application).
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a dues paying member with a local CCIM Chapter (see application).
Scholarship Value
Recipient will receive a full tuition enrollment in one of the following CCIM Designation Courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104.
