Volunteer Newsletter October 2017
A Century of Volunteers
Serving Basic Human Needs
Dear Volunteer:

Since 1917, Catholic Charities has supported all who turn to us for help through services touching almost every human need. This month we celebrate the amazing role volunteers play in providing basic human needs to those in crisis.

Catholic Charities offers a variety of services to address the  needs of those in crisis with basic human needs. Volunteers respond by serving food, providing clothing, and a warm welcome for those in some of lives most difficult moments.

Catholic Charities is preparing to welcome evacuees from Puerto Rico. Volunteers may be needed to be a welcome face at the airport, provide translation services, and help staff a resource center. If this is something that may be of interest to you, please contact us at [email protected].

In the meantime, please read below for other exciting volunteer opportunities to assist families in crisis or visit   www.volunteerbridge.com  to learn more about how you can make a difference!
