Niagara Frontier District has sent out over 400 cleaning buckets to assist in the hurricane disasters in the US and beyond. At this time we are ready to begin making cleaning buckets to keep in Western NY. At the present time we are in need of 5 gallon new or very clean buckets with lids (must be round 5 gallon only), clothes line (100ft per bucket; cotton or plastic) and handi- wipes (no wet wipes or Clorox). We will also continue to pack hygiene kits and school kits and can accept any of these items all year long. We are in need of towels for the hygiene kits at this time.

Recently members of Grand Island: Trinity and Harris Hill churches packed and certified some flood buckets. If you have a group that would like to help out with packing more buckets, you can contact Harris Hill UMC at [email protected] or 716-632-4688.
