A Note from Susan Holt

Last week we hosted two special events and are thrilled with the participation and energy from both.

Thanks to all who joined us for our first PTA meeting of the year. The conference room was at capacity. We're proud of our strong community and appreciate all who joined us for a very productive meeting.

On Saturday morning, many families and friends turned up for our Music for Autism concert! Our All Purpose Room was rockin'! A special thanks to "Mr. Bat-a-lin" for an amazing performance. Our next concert is scheduled for Saturday, December 2nd.

A final call and reminder that on Wednesday night we will host a Project SEARCH information meeting at Ivymount. Please see details and link below.

Reminder: picture day is a week away (October 23rd-27th). Look for Lifetouch order forms which will be sent home in backpacks early this week.

Ivy Barkery: Best Dog Treats in Town*

Here's a great way to support an Ivymount program AND make Fido, Rover, and (insert your furry friend's name here) very happy! Plus, they make great hostess gifts.

Ivy Barkery, a student-run business, makes and sells delicious, healthy dog biscuits. Our Post High School students learn important vocational, social, and life skills as they bake, package, and sell these K9 treats.

Each package costs $5 and includes 6 large or 12 small biscuits.

All proceeds go towards purchasing more healthy ingredients for making more dog biscuits.
