16 Things That Happen to Your Body When You Eat Peanut Butter:  Love your peanut butter? Me too! It's a staple in my diet. Here's why. That said, some brands are unhealthy for you (spoiler alert - choosy moms don't choose Jif ... or Skippy]) Make sure your nut butters contain just the nut and a little salt. Avoid brands that contain partially-hydrogenated oils, palm oils and/or sugar.  (Msn.com)

Omega 3 helps the gut stay healthy, study finds:   More reason to consume omega 3 fatty fish such as salmon, anchovies, trout, tuna and black cod. If you don't eat 12-15oz of these eat fish weekly, consider taking a fish oil. I recommend Metagenics Omegagenics 720.
