NFF Chalktalk - Nov. 28, 2016
The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame's 59th Annual Awards Dinner will take place Dec. 6 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, and it promises to be one of the most memorable in history.

Fans can watch live streams of both the NFF Annual Awards Dinner (http://es.pn/2fShU5i), starting at 8 p.m. ET, and the morning press conference (http://es.pn/2eCZRmg), starting at 9 a.m. ET, on ESPN3.

A star-studded College Football Hall of Fame Class headlines the event, and 12 of the game's current stars will collect $223,000 in postgraduate scholarships as members of the 2016 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class, presented by Fidelity Investments. The 12 student-athletes will also vie to be the recipient of the coveted William V. Campbell Trophy, presented by Fidelity Investments, which will be awarded that night for the 27th time to the nation's top scholar-athlete. NFF Chairman Archie Manning will accept the Gold Medal, and University of Texas System Chancellor Bill McRaven will claim the Distinguished American Award, topping the NFF Major Award recipients.

Because the main ballroom has been sold out for months and a record crowd of more than 1,600 is expected, an overflow room has been opened in the East Foyer to accommodate the unprecedented demand. Click here for more information about the Dinner and surrounding events and to see the impressive lineup of notable honorees and attendees.
