The DC Chamber is preparing to select new officers and approve the 2017 slate for its Board of Directors with the election to be held at the 2016 Annual Meeting and Chairman's Inaugural Breakfast on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.
Rules to participate in the election are as follows:
Only "active" members (i.e., current dues-paying members) are entitled to vote at this membership meeting. In accordance with the DC Chamber of Commerce By-Laws, the voting procedure for this meeting does not allow for 'write-in' candidate board members of the DC Chamber of Commerce and nominations from the floor will not be accepted.
We at the DC Chamber value the input and participation of our entire membership, so even if you are unable to attend the annual meeting, we encourage you to vote by proxy. Please note that all proxy's must be in writing and received by December 12, 2016.
