Jack's Kitchen
Celery + sun butter + dried cranberries =
a fun and healthy lunch

Lower school student Avery Peterson got creative with his lunch last week. It almost looks like he's building a math equation!

Besides the main lunch entree served at the tables, students can choose from among many items offered at the alternative window, cereal bar, and salad bar. Daily salad bar offerings typically include lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese, yogurt, tuna or seafood salad, egg salad, mozzarella cheese, craisins, croutons, sunflower seeds, and dressings as well as sun butter as a peanut butter alternative.
