Woodward Hosts Excellent Barbecue for OML, MESO, OMAG and OkMRF
Each year at the OML Annual conference members and staff raise money for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. The grand prize this year was the city or town that raised the most money won a lunch for the entire city staff provided by OML along with partners MESO, OMAG and OkMRF. Oklahoma's cities and towns were divided into the National League and the American League, based on their location. Cities and towns on the west side of I-35 were in the National League. Cities and towns on the east side of I-35 were in the American League. This year the City of Woodward raised the most money on the west side of I-35 and the City of Shawnee won it on the east side.

OML team members Mike Fina, Aspen Roberts, Cheryl Adams, Nancee Morris and MJ Barton helped cook and serve over 175 city employees. The event was held at the beautiful Woodward Conference Center. Burgers, brats and dogs were on the menu and everyone had a great time.
