To Do List: Build New Homes C

Another check on our "to do" list. We've completed the construction of a total of six new homes this year. Thanks City of Dallas Housing, Inwood National Bank and Capital One! We recently welcomed three new homeowners to the neighborhood. We are gearing up to welcome the last three by year end.

Mr. Wilson and his daughter are really enjoying their 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. They've even refereed a close friend to purchase the townhome next to them. Keeping our fingers crossed!

Mr. Leon purchased the adorable corner 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. He was able to choose colors and other features in the house.

We welcomed Mr. Pkyes to the neighborhood as well. So glad to have more new homeowners in South Dallas.

SouthFair's 2nd Annual Bowl & Brew - Another Success!

We held our 2nd Annual Bowl & Brew in August of this year. This time we added two more teams than last year, seven.

Thank you to all the organizations and individuals that participated! A special thanks to SouthFair's board members for their contributions in making this fundraiser a success.

Despite the missed pins and frequent visits to the gutter, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Let's meet up next year and do this again :)

Post Purchase Training Starts Up Again

We are having a post purchase training on Maintaining and Budgeting for Home and Home Improvements on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10a at SouthFair's office. If you know of any homeowners that would benefit from these trainings just send them our way. In December we will cover Wealth Building. We will have trainings thru June 2018 then pick up again in the fall.

building very much needed developments such as affordable housing,
