In association with Don Kwasnycia and the Oshawa Skeet & Gun Club, this full-day clinic with high performance expert, Bob Palmer, gives you an introduction to high performance, where you become the expert in the Zone. You will learn to block out the impact of other shooters, model the skills of professionals and Olympians, eliminate nervousness and apply specific strategies that put you in control. The clinic is hands-on and empowering. You will learn how to:
- Turn the Zone on at 100% capacity
- Eliminate frustration and rekindle fun
- Engage the tools to block out noise, background and irritating people
- Learn new technical skills quickly
- Forget past disasters easily
- Manage adrenaline as a means for stability
YOUR HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINER:
Bob Palmer, B.E.S., B.Ed. is a highly acclaimed trainer and athlete development specialist who teaches shooters a system to get into the Zone and maintain it. He is the official mental high performance trainer of the US Army Marksmanship Unit in all gun sports, and also works with US Olympic, NSSA-NSCA, ATA and athletes and coaches worldwide. At the 2017 US Shotgun Selection Match, 50% of podiums were owned by his athletes. Also, via Skype, he trains athletes on five continents and a dozen countries including India, the UK, Egypt, Spain and Mexico.
