A gratitude journal is a tool to help you focus on the positives in life. No matter how difficult life can get, there is always something to be grateful for. Regularly journaling about the good things in life can help you get through the rough patches too, helping to lower your stress, gain new perspective, and have a more positive attitude.

While you're enjoying your Halloween candy tonight, grab a writing utensil, and take a look at this month's Step 2!
Step 2 Journaling Exercise

Think about who or what has inspired you or brought you happiness. Now, write about it! Use the "30 Days of Gratitude" in this month's Step 2 exercise to get you started.
