Winfield Chiropractic holding ribbon cutting for new name and logo
Winfield Chiropractic was founded in 1981 at 1301 South Main. In 2005 the office moved to a larger location at 1913 E. 19th Ave. At the same time a name change was introduced and Winfield Chiropractic & Rehab was born in order to accommodate it's more integrative care style. In 2017 Dr.'s Doug and Brad Swanson update their brand and with it introduced a new modern logo and name. Winfield Chiropractic Relief and Wellness, now proudly serves our surrounding communities. "We believe that how long you decide to benefit from care is entirely up to you. Have you heard that once you go to a chiropractor, you have to go for the rest of your life? Well, it's not true. Whether you want relief, stabilization, prevention or wellness, we're here to help you reach your goal. Our job is to offer you the best chiropractic care possible, and your job is to decide how much of it you want."
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Wednesday, November 15th at 10:00 AM at 1913 E. 19th Ave. The public is invited to attend.

Besides asking for your blessings and prayers, as usual we are needing help with traffic control, donations of foods for lunch and help with getting the message out that our county's needs are even greater this year.
The Angels in the Attic will be distributing the toys as needed around Cowley County. Remember all gifts collected in Cowley stay in Cowley. The surrounding counties have their own events which helps folks from those counties.
The event buttons will be arriving in a few days and will be a $2 donation. We will be giving away two grand prizes this year. To win one needs to get a $5 lunch arm band, enjoy a full meal lunch and keep the arm band on until the numbers are called. Lunch will include home made Sloppy Joes, chips, veggie snacks and pie or cake, all to be washed down by iced tea or coffee. Our prizes are first winner choice of a wooden rocking motorcycle or a heavy duty motorcycle lift to make repairs or cleaning a breeze. The second draw will receive what the first winner does not choose.
There will be the usual contests and hundreds of prizes. We will again have children's games designed by and ran by children. Every child will be a winner and the tickers will only be 25 cents each.
I don't know about you but it all sounds like a lot of fun. If you would like to sell buttons and/or deliver flyers, donate food, help with traffic or lineup of just what ever you can that would be great, just let me know so we don't duplicate resources. Foods needed are carrots, celery, pies, cakes, individual packs of chips, or hamburger buns. I would like to know as soon as possible about food donations so I know how to buy. Everything that is donated will mean that much more money to get toys.
Thanks and God bless you all. Rose and toy run committee.
