Annual Christmas Luncheon

All members are invited to attend our annual Christmas Luncheon at Citron Bistro. Come enjoy a festive lunch to celebrate a successful year of volunteer work that has nurtured fellowship, touched our souls, and energized our spirits.
Please review the link below for reservations and meal selection. Plus, we will be accepting unwrapped gifts of mittens, gloves, hats or scarves to benefit the Denver Rescue Mission.

Fleece in Final Weeks - Our goal is 115 and
we are half way there!
A million thanks to all of you who have already "adopted" a nursing home resident or for those of you who have generously donated for a Veteran's vest. This year we hope to deliver gifts to 115 nursing home residents including 36 Veterans. So far over half of the names have been distributed to eager volunteers willing to shop or donate.
If you wish to participate in these two worthwhile projects,
we have 55 more names waiting to be "adopted". A new
fleece warm-up or a vest is sure to brighten their Christmas this year. Please stop by the Philoptochos table on Sunday
to select a name.
Please remember to return your packages to the church office by December 16th.

We'll meet for a light dinner before RTD bus takes us to tour the beautiful Christmas lights in the metro area. Reserve now because seats are limited.

November Highlights:
Thank you to all who helped make our annual Raffle a huge success! Just over $8500 was raised. The luncheon was delicious and congrats to all the winners! Our good works will continue into 2017 thanks to everyone's participation-thank you!
Over 65 seniors braved the wintery weather to enjoy fellowship and a traditional Thanksgiving dinner catered by Louka Loukas-it was so nice to celebrate together.
