For years we have had our own barre n9ne app for iPhone and Android users. 

This app has offered many positives such as ease of scheduling, canceling and purchasing classes!

It has also caused us many headaches internally and for many clients- glitches with canceling, purchases not going through, and classes being shown on our schedule that have actually been canceled.

When I signed up to have the app created for barre n9ne a company called Fitness Mobile Apps were the owners. Over the years Mindbody online our scheduling software system bought Fitness Mobile Apps. However as you may know Mindbody has their own app called Mindbody Connect. 

Effective TODAY Friday December 2nd we have discontinued using the barre n9ne app and are now visible on the Mindbody Connect app. I had planned to send this email earlier today however we were not visible yet on the Mindbody Connect app so I had to wait until now!

Please delete the barre n9ne app from your phone as it is not working properly even though it seems to look like it is at this time. Sooner than later it will be removed from the app store completely. These things just take time. 

Please note, moving forward we will not be crediting issues with late cancels due to those who are still using the barre n9ne app. We have canceled our subscription to the barre n9ne app completely. 

Here are steps to using the Mindbody Connect App:

1. Download the app

2. Search "barre n9ne studio"

3. Login with the same username you use on the computer when launching our scheduler.

3. Start scheduling your classes, canceling (we hope not!) or making purchases!

Important note: the Mindbody Connect app will show you 3 barre n9ne studios and will sort by which is closest to you if you enable location services within it. Please be sure you are scheduling at the location you wish to take class at :)

Additionally- for those of you who are coming to Rhythm + Stride this is the same app you have been using :)
