For those of us who have been touched by pediatric cancer, our hope is that one day we will wake up to news that researchers have found a cure. We want to hear that the days of children going through years of chemo and radiation treatments are over, that parents will no longer have to worry about affording treatments and families wouldn't have to face losing a child before they've had a chance to live the life they should.

Sadly, today is not that day. What we hope for, is that that day is right around the corner. 

Until that day comes though, we keep fighting. We go above and beyond to raise the critical funds that are needed to support pediatric cancer research, to find the best ways to provide patients and their families with the support they need and we celebrate the victories we have along the way.

On December 28th, Paige's Butterfly Run, Inc. will make its annual gift to the  Dr. William J. Waters Center for Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital. This gift, which funds research for pediatric cancer and patient programs, is possible because of YOU. It is your passion and commitment for our mission that brings our community together and provides hope for the hundreds of families in Central New York whose children are fighting cancer. 

As of today we have raised over 50% of our annual appeal goal and there is still time to make a gift. Please help us take another step forward to fight pediatric cancer and fund hope.
