Strategic Leadership Workshop For Change Leaders November 15, 2017
Peter Gandlolfo MBA, ACC will be Boise on November 15th to present a one day workshop titled Packing and Unpacking for Innovation.
This one day workshop being held at the Wyndham Garden Airport is best suited for groups of change leaders within an organization that have decision-making capabilities.
Peter will work with teams to equip them with the tools needed to achieve 2018 goals and beyond.
With clarity about priorities, executive teams will be able to discard habits that are not currently supporting organizational endeavors in order to make room for innovation and other initiatives which support and help guarantee success.
Peter Gandolfo is the founder of Gandolfo Group Executive Coaching & Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and business consulting, Peter focuses his work on supporting leaders and teams to help them develop their own authentic and effective leadership style. In addition to his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson, he recently completed his ACC certification in executive coaching through the world-renowned Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Peter was also a member of the Drucker Institute for three years.
